Make a payment for psychiatric screening evaluation

You will receive a SPA initial evaluation report within 3 days that details the recommendations for SPA interventions including potential medication adjustments, therapies, modifications of environment and social settings, as well as your prognosis in the next 1-2 years.

Based on the recommended interventions and prognosis, you decide whether you would like to contract with SPA in your mental health journey. If you do decide to partner with SPA, go to Step 5.

Make a payment for an in-person evaluation and signing a contract with SPA for mental health recovery and improvement.
